Mini Wrap Up Program 

In our ongoing efforts to expand our services to you we have developed a wrap up program for your construction/owner related needs.  The basics of our program are as follows: 

Eligibility

 Types of programs:  OCIP and CCIP

Types of use: Residential or commercial, including condos and townhomes.

Types of construction: Fire resistive, Masonry and Frame (up to four stories)

 Size limitations:  Commercial - none
                          Residential – 50 units

 Retention: $5,000 to $25,000 SIR

 Limits available: $1,000,000/ $2,000,000/ $2,000,000/ $1,000,000

 Policy form: ISO occurrence 1998 edition

 Policy Term: Two years or project term, whichever is less.

 Carrier:   (A VIII)

 Defense in the limit

 Extended Term: 10 years or statute of repose, whichever is less.

 Required Information To Quote

• Acceptable wrap application
• At least five years of loss history on the project sponsor
•  Three projected subcontractors to be used
•  Copy of subcontractor agreement, including acceptable indemnification wording

Required To Bind

• Acord app signed by the insured
• Supplemental app signed by the insured
• TRIA election signed by the insured
• Surplus Lines Tax Filing Form completed by the Intermediary
• Insured’s Agreement To Professional Reviews signed by the insured

• Statement of Policy - Either TSR or our carrier partners
