A comprehensive General Insurance project-specific policy that combines coverage normally provided seperately by different parties. In WRAP policies all participating contractors and subcontractors avoid having multiple carriers at odds in a claim settlement situation and allow for tighter, more consistent safety procedures.

Owners & Contractors Protective

Liability coverage for negligent acts of contractors and subcontractors hired by the insured. This specialized coverage is written for specific projects and protects the owner, who is responsible for actions of contractors on the project.

A variety of coverge including Builder's Risk, Contractor's Equipment, Riggers and On Hook.

• Bound General Liability coverage for a Foundation Repair Contractor in Texas at $65,200 annual premium.
